Pepkor offers exciting graduate opportunities designed to provide valuable workplace experience and professional development in a fast-paced retail environment. They are looking for motivated, recently qualified graduates to join their dynamic teams across different business units. 

Are you ready to kick-start your career in the fast-paced and dynamic world of retail? Pepkor Lifestyle, part of one of South Africa’s largest wholesale and retail groups, is offering exciting opportunities through a 12-month Graduate Programme and an 18-month TVET Work Integrated Learning internship, funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA.

This programme is designed to give young graduates and TVET students meaningful, hands-on experience across Pepkor’s brands, systems, and operations. Participants will gain valuable exposure to the retail industry while developing leadership and professional skills needed for long-term career success.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in one of the following fields:

- Marketing Management
- Business Management / Business Administration
- Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
- Digital Marketing / Ecommerce
- IT Project Administration / Project Management
- IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology
- TVET College graduates (for the 18-month Work Integrated Learning internship)

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Initiative and critical thinking skills
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High work ethic and customer service focus

Eligibility Criteria:

- Must be under the age of 32
