Toyota Financial Services South Africa (TFSSA) is calling on ambitious young South Africans to apply for its exciting Learnership Programme for the 2026 financial year. This opportunity is designed to build a strong pipeline of future professionals in the financial services sector while giving learners valuable real-world experience.

The one-year Retail Insurance Learnership (NQF Level 4) offers participants a combination of structured learning and workplace experience. Successful candidates will gain essential skills, personal and professional development, and a recognised qualification that prepares them for a career in financial services.

What You Can Expect:

  • Earn a monthly allowance while completing the programme.
  • Gain hands-on workplace exposure in a professional environment.
     
  • Receive formal training and a recognised qualification upon successful completion.

Minimum Requirements:

  • South African citizen with a valid ID.
  • Younger than 30 years old.
  • Completed Grade 12 plus one of the following qualifications:
    • BCom Economics
    • Bachelor’s in Mathematics
    • Advanced Diploma in Accounting
    • BCom in Accounting
    • Diploma/Degree in Mathematics and Statistics
    • Diploma/Degree in Quantitative Analysis
  • Unemployed and not currently registered for any full- or part-time studies.
  • Clear credit (ITC) record and no criminal record.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • A detailed CV with contactable references must be submitted with the application.

Learners will be based at TFSSA offices in Sandton, Johannesburg, and must be available for the full 12-month duration of the programme.
