What You’ll Be Doing:

  •     Support teams in departments like Finance and HR with day-to-day tasks and project execution
  •     Conduct research and data analysis to inform decision-making and drive business improvements
  •     Assist in coordinating meetings, briefings, and stakeholder engagements
  •     Work both independently and as part of collaborative teams to meet project deliverables
  •     Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
  •     Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build professional communication and negotiation skills

Minimum Requirements    

What We’re Looking For:

  •     A completed tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, HR, Supply Chain /Logistics / Road Transport Management or a related field
  •     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  •     Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  •     A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a supportive team environment
  •     Passion for contributing to impactful work in a large, forward-thinking organisation

Duties & Responsibilities    

  •     Information gathering
  •     Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
  •     Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
  •     Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
  •     Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
  •     Bringing positive energy into the company, and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
  •     Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
  •     Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
  •     Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
  •     Writing a test or submitting to some other form of evaluation at the end of the graduate program.
