FNB Learnership Programme Now Open for Applications
 

First National Bank (FNB) is giving young South Africans the chance to gain valuable work experience through its 12-month Learnership Programme. This initiative provides practical workplace exposure along with the opportunity to complete a registered learnership, helping participants become more employable in the future.

- Marketing
- Finance
- Collections
- FNB Cards
- Private and Wealth Investments
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Administration and Support
- Catering

FNB is looking for motivated, energetic, and resilient individuals who are eager to grow their careers. Candidates should be passionate about customer service, driven to succeed, and confident in their communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Be between the ages of 18 and 34
- Be a South African citizen
- Have a minimum of a matric certificate (NQF 4), with higher certificates or diplomas (NQF 5 and 6) also accepted
- Have been unemployed for at least 6 months
- Not currently studying
- Have less than 12 months of work experience (casual or part-time work included)
- This must be your first job experience
- Must not have previously participated in the FirstJob programme or worked for FirstRand
- Have a good command of English
- No criminal record or blacklisting
- Be willing to complete a learnership while gaining work experience
