Rosebank College offers both a Diploma in Human Resource Practice Management and a Higher Certificate in Human Resource Practices, both fall under their Faculty of Commerce.

With the Diploma, Rosebank aims to train graduates to think and act strategically, professionally and ethically and thereby to make a responsible, meaningful contribution to the human resource management industry.

Should you do the Higher Certificate, you will develop solid administration skills, patience and people skills. Graduates will be able to administer and conduct various human resource functions including payroll administration.

Varsity College

At Varsity College, their School of Management offers a Higher Certificate in Human Resource Practices. This is a part-time course which is done online.

The IIE Higher Certificate in Human Resource Practices aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to administer and conduct various human resource functions including payroll administration, which meets the requirement of the relevant legal and statutory requirements.
