The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) confirmed the successful payment of allowances to TVET Colleges.

NSFAS provides comprehensive bursaries and student loans to deserving students enrolled in approved courses at TVET colleges. This funding covers tuition and registration fees. Students also receive several allowances for food, accommodation, and learning materials.

The government bursary scheme confirmed allowance payments were made to TVET College students whose registration data was submitted.

We are pleased to announce that NSFAS has started making allowance payments to NSFAS-funded students at TVET Colleges for the 25th of June 2025.

NSFAS reminded TVET College students that only those who upload their bank details on the myNSFAS platform will receive payments.

Students who have been waiting for their tuition fees to be paid to their college should also see those payments reflecting within a few days.

Accommodation payments that are due for TVET students will be processed 2 days later on the 27th June.
