The University of South Africa (Unisa) says it is currently experiencing very high volumes of calls and emails as a result of the opening of online registrations.
If you're a student at Unisa and you have queries they have implemented a specific system of how you may contact the university.
Unisa Contact Hours of Operation
They have extended their hours of operation:
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00
Unisa Toll Free Number
The following options have been put in place for calls, when calling the toll free number 0800 203 785:
- Option 1: Applications and registrations
- Option 2: myLife and myUnisa
- Option 3: Library
- Option 4: Exams
- Option 0: General enquiries
Students are asked to listen to the options carefully so as to streamline the calls.
Contact Unisa By Email
The following details are needed when sending an enquiry via e-mail to enquire@unisa.ac.za:
- All e-mails must be sent via your myLife e-mail address with the exception of new students
- Subject: A short description of your challenge
- Student number
- Contact details
- A screen grab of your error where necessary
Students must follow the above mentioned directions to ensure that the university can assist them as soon as possible.
