Master of Social Science - Industrial & Economic Sociology. "I followed a career path in Human Resources specialising in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations."

What are some of the opportunities you were given at Sea Harvest that helped you advance in your career?

"I began my career at Sea Harvest as a HR Graduate in 2019. At the end of my graduate programme, I was appointed as a HR Practitioner in the Trawling Division. The opportunities that I was given at Sea Harvest kickstarted my career in ways in which I could not imagine. I was given exposure in various aspects of HR such as HR Administration, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Learning & Development."

What, in your opinion, makes the company a great place to work?

"I think that Sea Harvest is a great place to work in because the company is a people-centered organisation that values professional and personal development. There are a lot of learning initiatives that employees can enroll in to help develop their careers."

"Based on my personal experience, and the way in which I have grown within the company, I would strongly recommend people looking for new career opportunities to consider joining Sea Harvest.
