The South African Post Office (SAPO) has recently released all the dates on which the SASSA SRD grants will be paid out to it's recipients. However, there are days on which this grant will not be paid out.

In an effort to ensure that all R350 grant recipients receive their payouts without any hassles, SASSA has arranged for each payment collection date to match the last three digits of a beneficiary’s I.D number.

However, since December has too many public holidays, there will be days when SRD grant recipients will be unable to collect their payouts. These are as follows:

  • 16 December
  • 17 December
  • 24 December
  • 26 December 2021
  • 27 December
  • 31 December

These are the SRD grant payment dates for the upcoming week:

  • 13 December - 080 & 085
  • 14 December - 081 & 086
  • 15 December - 082 & 087

Additionally, SASSA R350 grant recipients have a variety of ways in which they can choose to collect their grant payments. In addition to collecting their payments from the Post Office, beneficiaries can receive their money in their personal bank accounts.

They can also collect them at the Post Office, using the Post Bank/Cash Send Services or collecting the money at the Boxer or PicknPay store.

However, this option only applies to grant recipients who have received an SMS from SASSA confirming their collection pay-out point as either Pick n Pay or Boxer.
